DoIT + FOIA update

After the first extension, I followed up and received a response. Here is part of the email response back from ISP (Illinois State Police), "ISP does not maintain records responsive to your FOIA request."

This leads me to believe, Department of Innovation and Technology may have the public data I need to access. I filled out a FOIA request with DoIT for documents related to the total cost, pricing structure, licensing fees, and duration/term of the agreement(s) between the ISP and HAAS Inc.
